- Caribbean Theme Party reserves the right to apply cancellation fees based on the proximity to the event date and the nature of the cancellation.
- Liabilities and Indemnities:
- Caribbean Theme Party shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries caused by third-party vendors, acts of nature, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable event venue, complying with all local regulations, and ensuring appropriate licenses or permits are obtained if required.
- Responsibilities and Conduct:
- Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and attendees during the event.
- Any damages to equipment or property belonging to Caribbean Theme Party due to negligence or misconduct will incur repair or replacement costs borne by the client.
- Force Majeure:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government regulations, Caribbean Theme Party reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel services without liability.
- Intellectual Property:
- All materials, including but not limited to music playlists, event designs, and thematic concepts, are the intellectual property of Caribbean Theme Party and may not be replicated or reproduced without explicit permission.
- Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through amicable discussions between the parties involved. In the event of unresolved disputes, legal recourse shall be sought within the appropriate jurisdiction.
